What is the time frame in which an exchange request can be made?

You may request an exchange within 15 days from the date of delivery.

What are the valid reasons for requesting an exchange?

We accept exchange requests under the following conditions:

  • The product is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.

  • The product received is incorrect or different from what was shown on the website.

  • The product is incomplete (e.g. missing parts or accessories).

  • The size does not fit.

  • You are not satisfied with the product.

How do I return or exchange a product?

To initiate an exchange request:

  • Email us at hello@amberiawear.com with your order number and the reason for exchange.

  • Alternatively, call our customer service team at 0307-2304010.

  • All exchange requests must be made within 15 days of receiving your order.

  • Please include photographic evidence of the product and the issue.
    Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

What are the conditions for exchange?

To qualify for an exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in its original condition and packaging

  • It must be unused and unworn

  • All tags, labels, and care instructions must be intact and attached

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for exchange.

Return Shipping Costs Policy

Shipping Costs Due to Amberiawear’s Error:
If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., an incorrect item sent, a defective product, or any issue attributable to Amberiawear), we will bear the full cost of return shipping.
In such cases, please contact our customer service team. We will either:

  • – Provide you with a return shipping label, or
  • Reimburse the return shipping cost, as applicable.

 

Shipping Costs Due to Customer’s Reason:
If the return is initiated for any reason not caused by Amberiawear (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size ordered by the customer, or any personal preference), the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
Customers must arrange and cover the cost of shipping the item back to Amberiawear’s designated return address.
