Shipping Policy
Local Shipping
Effective 13th December 2024, all local orders up to Rs. 4,000 will be charged a flat delivery fee of Rs. 250.
For orders above Rs. 4,000, delivery charges will be calculated based on the weight and order value, but will not exceed Rs. 550.
After placing an order, you will receive a verification call or SMS from our Customer Service Team to confirm your order details. Once verified, the order will be forwarded to our warehouse for processing and dispatch.
⏳ Please note: Credit card payments may take up to 3 business days to process, depending on the accuracy of the payment information provided.
Stock Availability:
If any item in a Cash on Delivery (COD) order is out of stock, only the available items will be shipped.
For prepaid (credit card) orders with unavailable items, our team will contact you for guidance on replacement options.
You will be notified via phone, SMS, or email in case of shipment delays due to any unforeseen reason.
Delivery Time:
Orders are typically delivered within 3–4 business days via Trax, Call Courier, TPL, or BlueEx.
For large or high-value orders (both prepaid and COD), the Amberiawear team may contact you for transaction and identity verification.
If we are unable to reach you within 3–5 days, Amberiawear reserves the right to cancel the order.
International Shipping
International shipping rates are determined by the destination country and weight of the parcel.
If there is any difference between the shipping cost paid during checkout and the actual courier fee, our customer service team will contact you to settle the balance before the order is dispatched.
📦 Note: Amberiawear does not add any markup to international shipping charges. You pay exactly what the courier charges.
International shipments are subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are charged by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon delivery.
Estimated Delivery Time:
International orders typically arrive within 10–20 business days, excluding holidays. This may vary based on:
Payment authorization
Order processing time
Customs clearance
Shipping carrier transit (via DHL or Skynet)
For bulk or high-value international orders, Amberiawear will contact the recipient for order confirmation and verification. If we cannot make contact within 3–5 business days, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Important Notice – Package Acceptance
Please inspect the parcel at the time of delivery.
Do not accept any package if the flyer is torn, opened, or the seal appears tampered.
In such cases, refuse the parcel and report the issue immediately to our customer service team so we can arrange a prompt resolution and re-delivery.
Amberiawear is not responsible for any issues related to parcels that are accepted in a tampered, damaged, or opened condition.
No returns or exchanges will be entertained in such cases.
