How to place an order?

To shop online, please follow these steps:

  1. Browse and select any collection you wish to purchase.
  2. Click on the outfit image to open the product page.
  3. Click the “Add to Bag” button to add the item to your cart.
  4. After adding all desired items, click on “Check Out.”
  5. Fill out the form and click on “Place Order.”
  6. You’ll receive a confirmation link on your mobile — click it to verify your order.

At this time, we do not offer in-store pickup. All online orders are delivered directly to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Payment

What payment methods are available?

We currently offer the following payment options:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay when your order is delivered to your doorstep.

  • Advance Payment: You can choose to pay in advance via bank transfer or another method. Payment details will be shared during checkout or upon request.

I haven’t received a confirmation for my order from Amberiawear.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

Unfortunately, you cannot edit or combine orders once placed. To make changes, you’ll need to cancel the current order and place a new one with all required items.

How do I cancel my order?

Contact us at 0307-2304010 or email hello@amberiawear.com to request a cancellation.
Note: Once your order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled before delivery.

What is the difference between Order ID and Tracking ID?
  • Order ID: Helps identify your order and is included in the Order Sales Summary email.

  • Tracking ID: Sent after dispatch and allows you to track the shipment on the courier’s website
